This is a great sanitizing system. I like that it can be mounted to the wall. We don't use a whole lot of knives it is the perfect size for our kitchen.

The Edlund KSR-5000 knife sanitizing rack is designed to be used with the KSS-5050 all-in-one knife sanitizing, drying, and storage system. It features a fully enclosed stainless steel housing that holds your sanitizing liquid, with removable inserts for easy cleaning.
This sanitizing rack stores 1 round or diamond steel with 1 cleaver and 4 chef knives, 6 chef knives, 8 slicers, or 12 paring knives. It is ideal for use with other Edlund knife racks/blocks, such as models KR699, KR700, and KBS2002. This Edlund knife sanitizing rack may also be wall mounted by itself or mounted to the side of a table (with an optional mounting bracket sold separately). There is no need to worry about the sanitizer affecting the handle or grip of the knife as only the blade is fully submerged during sanitization.

I've used these for years and find them to be a great sanitizing system. Over the course of five years I have only ever had to replace one or of approximately 6 I have on sight.
This is a nice and clean and easy to use knife sanitizing system. It is perfect for dietary and education cafeterias. Good for establishments with high cook turnover. Easy to train with.
My favorite part about this sanitizing system is that it does not soak the grips. This lets me use this system with some of my favorite old wooden handled knives.
wow what a great idea sanitize your blades without soaking the handles along with them great idea just need to work on the pricing so more people will buy
