This Edlund BDSS-16 balance-style baker's dough scale is simple, easy-to-use, and accurate. Each 9" diameter platter is constructed from durable, 12-gauge stainless steel that's easy to clean and won't chip or rust. The beam and poise are also made from stainless steel, providing reliable durability for your bakery. Other useful features include rubber footpads for stable placement that won't scratch your tabletop, an over-sized footed plastic scoop, and a full set of measuring weights (1 lb., 2 lb., 4 lb., 8 lb.).
