This french fry cutter comes equipped with a 1/2" (12 mm) blade, but it can be switched out for other blade sizes (sold separately) for a variety of fry sizes. Additionally, this unit is easy to clean with a removable feed hopper, drum, and blade cartridge. For a much faster way to cut potatoes than by hand, this french fry cutter will save you and your staff time and energy. It requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
