Bringing a large variety of ways to prep your food, this Edlund VariCut food processor is designed to elevate efficiency and food prep possibilities within one machine. This food processor can be equipped with over 30 specialized blades (sold separately) for effortless grating, shredding, slicing, dicing, precise brunoise, and julienne cuts. This food processor comes with an ultra thin 7-in-1 blade that adjusts the thickness from 1 to 7 mm, providing you with the versatility you need for your food prep operation. For maximum performance, it boasts a full 3/4 hp motor and a disc RPM of 300. The Deluxe model features a counter-rotating chute for additional slicing and precision dicing, and it can process a 500 lb. capacity per hour.
Built with safety in mind, this unit has an auto shut-off switch when the unit is opened and its auto blade brake ensures safe and efficient operation. The integral safety inter-locks allow for safe product loading, while the sealed switches prevent moisture damage. This food processor is also easy to clean thanks to its removable components. Additionally, it comes with a paddle to clear food from the blade chamber to help prevent product build-up. It has a solid stainless steel and aluminum construction for long-lasting use. It requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
