Its built-in wooden carving board, in conjunction with its stainless steel tray and edging, is constructed for long lasting durability. Use it to provide your guests with freshly carved meats and fish, prepared right in front of them! Flat, hidden handles allow for the tile to be easily removed and replaced with cold display tiles, hot plate and induction tiles, cutting board tiles, or ice bin tiles (sold separately) for a quick and simple transition to meet the needs of any event.
