A slowed letdown mechanism locks the lid at any angle, ensuring quiet service as the lid will not bang against the chafer dish upon closure. The design also works to combat cross-contamination by preventing lids from being removed and placed on your table or counter during service. At the end of your meal period, the LeXus base, lid, and included food pan are removable for easy cleaning.

This chafer is designed to work as a tabletop chafer and is also compatible with all standard rectangular induction warmers and cookers. Its versatile design can also be used with traditional chafer fuel (sold separately). This chafer's heavy-duty, 18/10 stainless steel construction and color-infused xylo black coated base guarantee a long-lasting, professional look.
