For added versatility in storage options, this table features two 18" wide chrome wire undershelves and a single 14" overshelf with a patented Quad-Truss design, which makes them 25% stronger than typical shelves. The table itself is sturdy and easy to assemble, but the top shelf is way too low. I'm a 5'6 woman, I had to remove the shelf completely and installed a wall shelf because I kept banging my forehead if I leaned into my task even a little.
