Designed for use with select Doyon planetary mixers, the whip is made of stainless steel for long-lasting reliability and frequent use. It adds air to the mixture, making it perfect for processing whipped cream, meringue, and other light, fluffy product. This particular whip replaces the one that comes standard with select 140 qt. Doyon mixers.
