Designed for use with Doyon BTF010 mixers, the bowl boasts a 10 qt. capacity and is made of stainless steel for long-lasting reliability. It replaces the one that comes standard with Doyon BTF010 mixers and makes a great back-up. Having more than one bowl helps expedite the process of switching out batches of dough.
