Dormont RDC36 Details
Ensure your 36" Dormont Blue Hose® never stretches or overextends when moving equipment with the RDC36 coiled restraining cable! This 24" restraining cable gives your castered equipment space to move when you're cleaning. It is best used with 36" gas connectors so that the strain and stress of moving equipment doesn't wear out your hose.
The ANSI Z21.69 Standard, section 1.7.4, states that any caster mounted equipment should be installed with a restraining device like this one. Installation hardware included.

Most places code requires this for moveable units. It is a must regardless, because the last thing you want to do is move the unit too far and damage the gas line because you overextended it.

Cheaper than my local parts store, the bog box depot store, other online sources, its Webstaurant for the win again and again! These are called for by code so why pay more!

Safety First! Keeps equipment in place especially something like a deep fry, this way an employee can not move this by mistake and get burnt with hot oil. You need to un-hook it first
