The dexter Russell high heat silicone spatula with stainless steel core is perfect for replacing my other one to avoid scratching the surface of my pan. It gives just enough without being flimsy. It does show some spots from the dishwasher but it’s clean/safe to toss in there.
If I were right-handed, I'd probably give this item 5 stars! This is a great high quality item, but the asymmetry of the turner makes it very unwieldy for left-handed people.
