Plus, a mounted 10" wide polyethylene cutting board makes preparing more salad toppings directly on your unit a breeze. A bent-in full-length handle makes accessing your products easy, and 5" casters are featured for easy cleaning.

This unit's top and front are constructed of high-quality stainless steel with a durable ABS plastic interior for long-lasting use. Dual-level pan brackets allow pans to be lowered an additional inch into the unit, giving you storage flexibility. The top drawers each hold one full size 12" x 20" pan, three 1/9 size and three 1/6 size 4"-6" deep pans (sold separately), and each bottom drawer holds one 12" x 20" pan, three 1/9 size and three 1/6 size 4" deep pans (sold separately). High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps lower energy costs while environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant keeps your unit cold. Plus, all units are completely front-breathing to ensure you can place the unit against a wall or build in to an existing cabinet.
