Keep your food hot or cold throughout the day with this Delfield SFW-3-NU FlexiWell ShelleySteel 56" combination hot / cold 3-pan mobile food well service counter! With independently operated wells that can be adjusted to serve hot, cold, or freezing food, this unit offers the versatility your establishment needs for successful food service. It is dry operation only and requires no water for use. Plus, an intuitive control panel features a 3-way Hot / Cold / Off power switch for easy operation and a thermostat to help monitor temperatures.

Welded, ground, and polished into one integral unit, this service counter features a 14 gauge stainless steel top that is constructed with square corners. The body is built with 18 gauge stainless steel side panels and a 14 gauge galvanized steel bottom. Welded into place, the exterior side panels are reinforced with overlapping corners, and the body cutouts are also reinforced with 14 gauge galvanized steel channel supports for optimal durability.

This mobile food well service counter even offers convenient mobility, as it's mounted on 5" non-marking swivel casters with plate brakes. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps lower energy costs while environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant keeps your unit cold when cooling is needed. The aluminum interior liner is built with a flush mount flange for heating or cooling and accommodates up to (3) 6" deep 12" x 20" pans. This unit requires a 120V cold connection or 208 - 240V hot connection for operation.
