Durable Construction
This stainless steel drop in refrigerated cold food well is insulated with high-density foam that guarantees superior temperature retention, and an included fitted flange gasket allows you to snugly install this food well into your countertop. The refrigerated narrow drop in cold food well requires a 45 3/4" x 17" cutout and a 115V electrical connection for operation.
Convenient Design
Because of how this food well holds pans, it's great for narrower countertops or two-sided buffet setups where you'd want to display the pans lengthwise. The sectioned, perforated false bottom directs water and compressor condensation into the bottom section, where a 1" plastic drain lets you empty the liquid at your convenience.
Powerful and Efficient
To maintain a consistent temperature, the bottom-mounted 1/6 hp compressor circulates R-290 refrigerant to keep the well's contents evenly chilled. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. This model can conveniently also cool food using ice for unmatched versatility and allowing for greater energy savings.
