this glove gives you somewhat protection but you still have to be careful. It's not cut resistant especially if you have a really sharp knife. I use this mainly when im using a mandolin to thinly shave vegetables. I don't like to use the guard that comes with the mandolin, so I prefer to wear this glove and just use my hand
WE have these in other sizes as well and they work great. They keep the line cooks hands safe and make it so we can get food cut up quickly.
This small glove does well with yard tasks, though I would tend to go with a larger size for most adults. The Kevlar stitching works well handling branches and mulch for the most part. Although dirty here, the gloves come out pretty clean in the wash. Take care to ensure you order 2 for a pair!
We purchased these gloves to prevent accidental cuts while slicing bagels. The glove felt cumbersome to wear but worse it left fabric fibers all over our product resulting in lost revenue. Would not recommend. We appreciate your review, Earl! We are sorry this glove did not meet your expectations. Works really well all of my employees have all of their fingers so cannot complain with how these are made. Good cheap alternative to chainmale
Theses Cut Resistant Glove with Kevlar® size small are a much better product and quality then that last gloves we purchased, not to mention less expensive
These have been more then tested by novice and experienced cooks and chefs. We have them put a glove on under and over the glove when it's put on and it never feels bulky. is true to it's size. used mostly by our female chefs. is REALLY small.
These gloves are great. I use them for rotary cutting. They are better than the more expensive pair I had before. These are very comfortable and easy to wear. Haven't washed them yet, will have an update. I am reordering these gloves to give as gifts to my quilting friends.
It may seem expensive to the at first glance, but knowing the safety rating of these gloves is important! Our employees handle machinery and sharp objects and these gloves have helped prevent numerous accidents and cuts!
