I used this glove on a mandolin when I was in the process of canning my yearly carrots. After about 20 pounds of carrots, the glove got a hole in the fingertip.

This is a great glove! We keep various sizes at our bagel & bread cutting station, and they are a must have for safety! Definitely worth the risk to not have these.

I bought these for my mother in law who was always cutting herself. They are resistant to having a blade glide across the surface of the gloves, but do not appear to be able to withstand a stabbing injury. Either way, its some peace of mind in the kitchen. Protip, wear a disposable glove over this to reduce contamination.

I bought two of these so I could safely disassemble my slicer and wash the blade; I, however, appreciate the fact that they are also heat resistant (200-400 degrees F). Some of the pots and pans I have the handles get hot so these come in handy when cooking with them.

Alright gloves as long as you don’t directly cut into them they were really well for what they are intended for. I’d recommend to anyone looking

Very soft to the touch. However these gloves perform very well under pressure. They can handle repeated use under heavy conditions. These gloves are very easy to use.

Our kitchen staff use these and the steel mesh cutting gloves. These work fine but they do prefer the steel. I like that these are rewashable/reusable but you need multiple ones throughout the day since you cannot clean them after each use at the restaurant.

This glove is not cut resistant. Feels very cheaply made and one cut is enough to break up the fibers. Don’t recommend this item at all.

We had issues with people getting cut often. We purchased these and made them mandatory. We havent had a cut since. Also under a latex glove they insulate well for handling hot food.

this glove gives you somewhat protection but you still have to be careful. It's not cut resistant especially if you have a really sharp knife. I use this mainly when im using a mandolin to thinly shave vegetables. I don't like to use the guard that comes with the mandolin, so I prefer to wear this glove and just use my hand

Purchased gloves for use in a deli for cleaning slicers. They hold up well for the job and even when wet work just fine. They hold up to repeated washings, and use.

These gloves are great. We use them when we are cleaning our griddle. It helps when we are using the grill brick so we don't burn our hands. If you don't have big hands the medium should fit well. Hope this helps

WE have these in other sizes as well and they work great. They keep the line cooks hands safe and make it so we can get food cut up quickly.

These Kevlar gloves work great. They are perfect for staff that handle very sharp items such as our food processor blades or our meat slicer blade. Staff find them comfortable to wear and can still have full mobility of fingers to do fine detail work.

This small glove does well with yard tasks, though I would tend to go with a larger size for most adults. The Kevlar stitching works well handling branches and mulch for the most part. Although dirty here, the gloves come out pretty clean in the wash. Take care to ensure you order 2 for a pair!

I ordered two of these gloves and they are just fabulous. I haven't washed them yet but if I have problems I will re-review this item. I have an average medium size hand for a woman but I don't have long fingers and the fingers on these gloves are very long.

These gloves are great. Definitely when cutting up ingredients for my side dishes. Also can take the heat of my smoker and much better that just using tongs to pick up the meat. Too bad I misread and only ordered one and not a pair. Next time.

These gloves have saved my cook many small cuts. The multi-pack is helpful since he can accumulate the dirty ones and then wash them all at once.

We purchased these gloves to prevent accidental cuts while slicing bagels. The glove felt cumbersome to wear but worse it left fabric fibers all over our product resulting in lost revenue. Would not recommend.

These gloves are true to size. The added heat resistance has made them my go to kitchen glove. I use them for handling and cutting hot meats. I usually through a food service glove over them. Together I get a sealed heat and cut resistant glove for the hand that is handling the meats. Has worked out great. I wish I would have bought two... I just assume it came in a pair. Still a good buy!

This is great for cutting and chopping. Gives you a feeling of comfort so that you can cut quickly. I also use it when using a mandolin without a guard
