Upgrade your coffee brewing and service system with this Curtis GemX Narrow IntelliFresh twin coffee brewer! This unit features G4 digital controls with an easy-to-read 4 3/4" display. With this icon-driven control system you can set up one-touch recipes and receive real time feedback on the brewing process. This digital quality control helps maintain an excellent coffee standard. Plus, it features a USB port to provide firmware and recipe updates in less than 30 seconds. This brewer has the industry's most effective mineral tolerant design to help reduce the chances of damage from mineral buildup. The 10 1/2" width lets you double your coffee offering without taking up the extra counter or table space.

This brewer comes with two 1.5 gallon servers. Each server features an intuitive FreshTrac LED system to communicate coffee freshness and volume levels. The system uses selectable green, white, yellow, or red LED lights that flash or stay on to indicate how fresh the coffee is along with how much is left in the server. Each server has an easy to maintain, smart, water-tolerant design that makes keeping it clean and ready for use less of a hassle. They have a sloping bottom that helps reduce waste by ensuring the maximum amount of coffee is dispensed, and it helps with emptying and cleaning the server. Each server has a built-in warmer that is powered through the server stand and shuts off automatically after 18 hours from the start of the brew cycle.

Additionally, with this brewer you can adjust your batch size depending on demand. Use this brewer, which is simple and easy to use for both operators and customers, in your restaurant or coffee shop to serve consistently warm, fresh coffee! This unit requires a 120/220V electrical connection and has an output of 1,650/2,800W.
