Designed to keep up with the needs of your stadium, university, or area concession stand, this Crown Verity CV-3WHS electric hot dog steamer is perfect for high volume applications. It has three compartments: two steam wells for hot dogs and one holding compartment for warm rolls. Each steam compartment measures 12" x 20" and can hold up to 24 lb. of product for a total capacity of 48 lb.! Plus, the center bun compartment can hold up to 4 dozen rolls at once.

This steamer is made entirely of stainless steel so that it can resist rust and corrosion and stand up to the continuous use of a commercial environment. It comes with 4 adjustable legs and a custom pan and lid set designed specifically for use with this steamer. The pan set includes a roll dome cover for the bun compartment, perforated pans and steaming baskets, 8" deep shoulder pans, along with lids and brackets.

Preheating takes less than 30 minutes and once preheated this steamer can bring refrigerated product up to serving temperatures in approximately 15 minutes. It requires a 240V electrical connection for operation.
