Cook, coat and mix 5 lb. of caramel or candied flavor product per batch. Plus, a stainless steel mixing bowl, agitator blade, and pedestal ensure that your caramelizer can withstand frequent use over time, and the included intermittent mixer timer will ensure your products are always cooked to perfection. The combination cooker and mixer are perfect for preparing a variety of caramel coatings and gourmet toppings for your popcorn. To evenly and efficiently coat popcorn in gourmet toppings, this caramelizer features two mixing baffles that simplify the coating process, and an aluminum heat plate is used for optimal heat control while eliminating hot spots.

For added temperature control of the unit, an adjustable digital temperature controller features precise temperature settings and measures the temperature of the product. When the desired temperature of the unit is reached, an audio alarm sounds to alert the user. For added stability, this caramelizer can be mounted onto a custom Cretors coating cooling bin, ensuring ease of use and maintaining the product's quality (cooling bin & table sold separately). The caramelizer is easy to steam clean and is built for left hand operation. No need to remove pieces that will get lost or broken, just add water to the kettle, put the lid on and steam it clean! This unit requires a 120/208V electrical connection for operation.
