This model includes 2 stacked cook and hold convection ovens, each with 4,700W of power and a maximum temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a non-venting design that allows for easy installation, and it passes the UL grease laden emission test, which is permitted by most local codes.

This oven is great for both scratch cooking or prepared bulk meals. The power boosting switch allows the user to increase or reduce air flow for added flexibility. Each oven comes with 5 sets of non-corrosive stainless steel wire universal angles that hold various pan sizes. This model has adjustable 1 1/2" spacing between angles.

The unit's stainless steel construction is durable and easy to clean, and its smooth interior coved corners prevent debris and grease buildup. Its convenient LED digital controls make it easy to set the time and temperature, and the antimicrobial latches help prevent the spread of germs. Each door includes 2 adjustable vents.
