It features 12kW of heating power and a slow convected air system to promote the best browning and to help seal in food's natural juices, all combined with a heavy-duty design. With its locking control panel with a clear cover, you can prevent anyone from tampering with the controls. Plus, this model has heavy-duty tamper-proof hinges, too, making it a great choice for many correctional or institutional environments.

This model features a digital LED control module that is both easy to read and easy to understand. The maximum temperature of this oven is 350 degrees Fahrenheit and, since the unit has a large temperature display, you can easily see what the set point is for the interior of the oven compartment. Plus, the controls are located at the top of the unit for easy access and to keep them out of the way of spills.

For long-lasting durability and a professional appearance, this oven is made entirely with stainless steel. On the inside, it features coved corners so you can easily clean out spills, drips, or crumbs at the end of the day. On the outside, the cabinet has an integral drip trough to help make sure that any condensation collects in the drip pan and not on your floor. This helps to prevent slipping hazards to make sure your employees stay safe. Plus, this oven also has 5" heavy-duty swivel casters that allow you to easily move the oven for cleaning or maintenance.

To make it easy for your staff to load and unload food pans, this model comes with 12 sets of stainless steel universal angle brackets that are riveted and welded on 4 1/2" centers. The cabinet can accommodate up to 12 full size sheet pans at once.

For easy access to the interior of the cabinet, this model comes with half doors that let you open just the door you need, reducing heat loss. The doors are field reversible and come with magnetic latches to keep them closed during reheating or cooking. Plus, the perimeter silicone gaskets ensure that the heat stays where it is supposed to be - inside your oven!

This model requires a 208/240V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation and has a 12kW output.
