Slow roast, rethermalize, and hold food in this all-in-one Cres Cor RO151F1332DE Quiktherm rethermalization oven. Great for schools, healthcare facilities, and hotels, this cook and hold oven can hold (18) 18" x 26" meal baskets or (32) 13" x 26" meal baskets. It comes with 18 pairs of adjustable universal tray slides that are standard at 1 1/2" of clearance but can be moved to meet the needs of your business. With a large capacity, you can easily and efficiently cook meals and keep them at a proper serving temperature for safe service. You can even use this unit to rethermalize your previously cooked meals for increased efficiency at larger banquets and events.
Designed with standard solid state electronic controls, this unit is capable of maintaining interior temperatures up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Featuring a digital LED screen, you can be sure of an accurate display of the interior temperature throughout the cooking or holding process.
This fully insulated oven features one interior compartment with easy-to-clean coved corners and is designed to create flavorful results thanks to the low-speed air circulation and low-temperature cooking. The low-speed fan provides even heat distribution for consistent cooking, which also results in a natural browning of meat for a visually appealing, caramelized product.
Stainless steel construction adds long-lasting durability, and an integrated steel frame provides structure and stability. This oven is fitted with 2 magnetic action, Dutch doors for a secure seal, along with antimicrobial door handles for increased safety. For increased mobility, 4 heavy-duty 5" swivel casters are supplied, including two with brakes. The exterior of the cabinet also has recessed push / pull handles so your employees can easily move it around your facility as needed.
