Perfect for transport and storage applications, this Cres Cor 309-12-188C front loading half-size insulated mobile sheet pan / food pan transport cabinet is a reliable and durable unit that's sure to benefit your operation. Made of hi-tensile, non-corrosive aluminum, the cabinet features an insulated design to help create a proper environment for either hot or cold food products. Its flat and wide chrome wire racks accommodate up to 8 full size sheet pans or food pans on 2 3/4" centers, allowing you to move a variety of dishes or ingredients from to place to place with ease.

Designed with transport in mind, the unit includes several special features to promote easy and safe maneuvering. For instance, the body and door are reinforced with an internal frame, adding structural rigidity that's especially necessary for transport applications. For added convenience, the latch is magnetic for secure closure, as well as antimicrobial to help prevent the spread of germs. Pan stops are attached to the door's interior too, promoting proper air flow at all times within the cabinet. Finally, the exterior side walls feature handles that fold flat when not in use. The entire unit is set on a set of 4 heavy-duty 5" casters, the front 2 equipped with brakes.
