After your specialty dishes are prepared, this cabinet will maintain their serving temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Monitoring the cabinet throughout the day is easy, too, thanks to its solid state electronic controller and easy-to-read LED digital display.

This unit features AquaTemp technology, which relies on both temperature and humidity to best hold a variety of dishes. Both levels are displayed on the exterior control panel for your convenience, though the priority is placed on the temperature to ensure safe holding conditions at all times. An LED light illuminates when the water level is low, and the water heater will automatically shut off when the level becomes too low for safe operation. This temperature / humidity system maintains food texture while in holding, helping to ensure that you serve guests only the highest-quality meals!

The cabinet's exterior is made of 22 gauge stainless steel, while the interior is made of 18 gauge stainless steel for maximum durability. The interior features coved corners to prevent the buildup of food particles. The unit also comes with 12 sets of removable stainless steel wire universal slides on 1 1/2" centers, allowing it to accommodate a large variety of food. For your convenience, the Dutch doors are field reversible. They come outfitted with high silicone gaskets for a tight seal and with high temperature ceramic magnetic latches that are easy to open while providing a secure closure. Plus, these latches are antimicrobial, which helps to fortify your kitchen environment against germs.

To make installation and transportation easy, this hot cabinet comes with 4 heavy-duty 5" casters to enable mobility. A push / pull handle is located on each side of the cabinet so staff can easily maneuver it through the serving area. The doors can be secured using the twist-lock catch, so the interior contents stay in one place while on-the-go. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
