This unit will reduce shrinkage by 15-20% due to its slow cooking at up to 325 degrees Fahrenheit, which also improves the taste and overall quality of your food. Customize and monitor the progress of your meals and bulk food items with the easy-to-read and easy-to-use solid state electronic controls, LED digital display, and thermometer. Since the unit has the deluxe version of the controls, it allows you to program in up to 18 menus and it comes with a 6" food probe for more accurate cooking! Designed to accommodate up to 50 lb. of meat, this undercounter cook and hold oven will save you time and precious kitchen space.
The oven's interior and frame are made of stainless steel, and the interior features coved corners to prevent food particle build-up. The cabinet has adjustable pan slides set on 1 3/8" centers and can accommodate up to 5 full size 2 1/2" deep food pans or 3 full size 4" deep food pans. The body of the oven is made of a sleek stainless steel and is fully insulated. For your convenience, the door comes outfitted with a silicone gasket for a tight seal and a high temperature, ceramic, magnetic latch that's easy to open, but provides a secure closure. Plus, the latch is antimicrobial, which helps to fortify your kitchen environment against germs.
To make installation and transportation easy, this cook and hold oven comes with 4 heavy-duty 3 1/2" casters to enable mobility and a field reversible door for versatility. Because the unit does not need to be placed under a ventilation hood in most locations, you can install the oven where it will serve you best - even in places where a traditional oven wouldn't be allowed. An included drip pan ensures that saucy and juicy meals won't make a mess, preventing slipping hazards to keep your employees safe. A 208/240V, 1 phase electrical connection is required for operation. Since this model has a voltage selector switch, you can choose between 208V and 240V depending on what is available in your facility. This oven has an output of 3000/2650W.
