The oven's exterior is made of 22 gauge stainless steel, while its interior and top are made of 18 gauge stainless steel. The interior features coved corners to prevent the buildup of food particles. The unit also features 8 sets of removable chrome plated wire universal slides on adjustable 1 1/2" centers, allowing it to accommodate a large variety of food. For your convenience, the doors are field reversible. They come outfitted with silicone gaskets for a tight seal and with high temperature, ceramic, magnetic latches that are easy to open, but provide a secure closure. Plus, these latches are antimicrobial, which helps to fortify your kitchen environment against germs.
