The oven's frame, interior, and exterior are made of stainless steel. The interior features coved corners to prevent food particle build-up. Each of the compartments features removable stainless steel pan slides on 3" centers and 3 wire grids so that overall, the unit accommodates up to 16 full size pans. The body of the oven is made of a durable stainless steel and is fully insulated. For your convenience, the doors come outfitted with silicone gaskets for a tight seal and with high temperature, ceramic, magnetic latches that are easy to open, but provide a secure closure. Plus, these latches are antimicrobial, which helps to fortify your kitchen environment against germs.

To make installation and transportation easy, this cook and hold oven comes with (4) 5" heavy-duty casters to enable mobility and field reversible doors for versatility.
