This thermometer maintains it's accuracy! Many I've used in the past will end up a few degrees off and in the restaurant business, 36 degrees is a whole lot different than 32 degrees.

Monitor the ambient temperature in two places at once with this Cooper-Atkins T158-0-8 digital indoor / outdoor thermometer with remote. The device displays two temperature readings simultaneously, one from the indoor environment and the other from outside. It does this with a 120" cord and remote that senses the temperature in the secondary location and sends the reading back to the large LCD display. It can be mounted on the wall or on a desk with the remote placed inside, if the display is outside, or vice versa.
The display, wherever it's mounted, features a temperature range of 32 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit. The remote, wherever it's placed, measures temperatures between -58 and 158 degrees Fahrenheit. Both readings are accurate to + / - 2 degrees Fahrenheit, giving you the confidence to rely on the thermometer throughout the day. Plus, MIN / MAX features allow the device to monitor changes in temperature. This makes it possible for you to check how adjusting space heaters, fans, and other temperature-controlling devices affect the environment. A single AAA battery is required for operation; it is included for your immediate convenience.
