The stainless steel exterior includes an aluminum subtop, and 3 heavy-duty, stainless steel drawers that roll out and include magnetic, snap-in gaskets to ensure a tight seal. Each drawer provides storage space for various cocktail components, from (4) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans for miscellaneous ingredients in the top drawer, to (20) 1 qt. containers of heavy cream in the bottom drawer. The middle drawer accommodates (6) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans and is ideal for storing sliced fruit. With this unit, all of your special cocktail ingredients are stored in one place and are always easy to access!

This unit is front-breathing, which means that it can be installed under counters and in tight spaces where there isn't much clearance.
