Continental Refrigerator DL3W-SS-PT-HD Details
This Continental DL3W-SS-PT-HD 78" half solid door pass-through heated holding cabinet - a stainless steel exterior and interior. It features a pass-through design for installation between cooking and serving areas, or any other application where you want to load the unit from one side and unload it from the other.
This three section warming cabinet also has twelve half size solid doors for easy access. The doors each come equipped with cam action lift-off hinges and a self-closing mechanism that helps make sure the door closes properly even when you have your hands full, and the magnetic snap-in door gaskets provide a tight seal. Cylinder door locks are standard so that you can prevent tampering or theft after hours. Additionally, this unit features automatic interior lighting.
The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior and interior, made to stand up to heavy use in a commercial environment. The 3" foam polyurethane insulation helps to maintain the cabinet's interior temperatures and also provides some added structural strength. In addition, an external digital controller, master on/off switch, and temperature display help you keep an eye on the warmer's performance to ensure safe food storage. It also comes with 6" legs to provide the necessary clearance from the floor for cleaning purposes.
The self-contained warming system provides a temperature range of 90-180 degrees Fahrenheit and utilizes a highly-sensitive thermostat. Thin strip heating elements are located at the base of the unit to provide heat and an air circulating blower mounted on top of the cabinet circulates air for even temperature distribution. The cabinet has a built-in humidity relief vent to help prevent foods from becoming soggy and unappetizing due to moisture build-up. 115/208-230V, 3000W. This unit includes an electronic controller with digital display and hi-low alarm.
