We've used several of these in our commercial ovens at our coffee shop. The temperature reading has always been accurate when compared with other thermometers. We've had to replace them before, but that is expected when they hang out in a 400 degree oven all day for years!

just hang it in your oven and your are set, we this king of tools a lot since we neen to keep track of our baking goods looks like a good one with a quality metal
This oven thermometer is a tiny investment in order to get a more accurate temperature. My oven can be up to 50 degrees off its built-in thermometer and this is a simple solution. It's large enough to easily read, but small enough not to be intrusive.
