Specially designed for candy and deep fried items, this thermometer has a 1 3/4" wide dial for easy reading of temperatures. This thermometer can measure temperatures ranging from 100 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit with an accuracy of +/- 2 degrees. It is also able to measure temperatures in Celsius.
Featuring a handy clip, you can easily attach this device to the side of your pan for easy use, freeing up your hands for combining ingredients and stirring. It is built with a durable stainless steel housing that is both easy to clean and perfect for long-lasting use.
