This unit can be used to grill, braise, steam, simmer, or even fry. It allows you to cook up to 60 gallons of product at once, helping to maximize production in high-demand environments. It is made of durable 11-gauge, type 304 stainless steel. A natural gas connection and a 120V electrical connection are required for operation. A 3 1/2' power cord is included.

Plus, it has self diagnostics and maintenance with error and event logs.

This unit features an easy-to-use power tilt with manual override for smooth, controlled pouring. A 10-degree cooking feature lets you tilt it up to 10 degrees while turned on, allowing you to skim off liquids. This model has a spring-assisted cover with a full-width handle and vent, making the lid easy to lower and lift without slamming shut.
Convenient Design
With a low 37" rim, this unit reduces strain and the risk of burns when stirring, loading, or cleaning. It has a 5/8" thick bead-blasted stainless steel cooking surface to prevent warping and keep food from sticking.
