This tilt skillet has a working capacity of up to 10 gallons, and it is great for grilling, braising, steaming vegetables, simmering soups and sauces, or even frying chicken. Its heating elements are integrally cast into 1 1/4" thick aluminum blocks secured to the underside of the cooking surface, ensuring even heat distribution and rapid heat-up and recovery times. This tilt skillet is made of heavy-duty stainless steel with a #4 finish. It has a bead-blasted, structurally braced stainless steel cooking surface to prevent warping and keep food from sticking.

This tilt skillet is easy to operate with a splashproof 7" easyTouch control located in a drip-proof, IPX6-rated side console. This touchscreen allows you to adjust temperature up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and offers multi-step cooking modes, including sous vide and product temperature modes. It also allows for press & go recipes with cookbook storage, and it has self diagnostics and maintenance with error and event logs. A product probe is included to monitor your food's internal temperature while cooking.

This unit offers sanitary base mounting for tabletop or stand-mounted applications. Its spring-assist cover makes the lid easy to lift and lower and prevents it from slamming shut, while the soft-drop pan release provides optimal control when pouring. A 240V, 3-phase electrical connection is required for operation.
