Perform high-volume cooking with this Cleveland PowerPan electric tilt skillet! This unit can be used to grill, braise, steam, simmer, or even fry. It allows you to cook up to 60 gallons of product at once, helping to maximize production in high-demand environments. With 24 kW of power, it provides fast heat-up and recovery times even at full capacity. This unit features an easy-to-use power tilt with manual override for smooth, controlled pouring. A 10-degree cooking feature lets you tilt it up to 10 degrees while turned on, allowing you to skim off liquids.

This tilt skillet is easy to operate with a splashproof easyDial control with an digital readout. Its RTD controlling thermostat monitors and regulates temperatures for accurate cooking between 100 and 425 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a 5/8" thick bead-blasted stainless steel cooking surface to prevent warping and keep food from sticking. A 5/8" mild steel clad bottom and a 1/16" stainless steel plate deliver even heat distribution. With a low 37" rim, this unit reduces strain and the risk of burns when stirring, loading, or cleaning.

This unit is made of durable 11-gauge, type 304 stainless steel. Gallon and liter markings within the pan ensure accurate batch cooking and recipe consistency. This model has a spring-assisted cover with a full-width handle and vent, making the lid easy to lower and lift without slamming shut. Its open base simplifies cleaning and maintenance, while its adjustable bullet feet keep it level on uneven floors. A 240V, 3-phase electrical connection is required for operation.
