This 3-piece butane range burner kit is just what you need for off-premise catering and cooking demonstrations! Complete with an 8" non-stick aluminum fry pan, removable silicone pan handle grip, and 1-burner high performance butane countertop range, you'll be fully equipped to fry, saute, sear, or scramble all of your signature dishes. Its portable design is efficient while still able to be moved from one area to the next quickly and easily. Plus, the burner is easily removed, making cleaning a breeze after your event. Butane range is CE listed and can only be used in 30+ degrees Fahrenheit temperatures. The fry pan should be hand washed only and is NSF Listed. Butane cartridges sold separately.

The 8" fry pan's non-stick coating makes clean-up fast, and with a shallow, curved wall design, this pan allows for easy stirring and prevents steam from forming in the pan. I used this for a camping trip recently where the temperature was about 25-30 degrees Fahrenheit outside. The stove worked great to heat up our kettle and it was a nice stable surface, did not wobble. We did experience a problem with the fuel cannister dispensing fuel, which was due to the extremely cold weather. I tested it in my kitchen when we got back and everything worked great. The only disappointment I had was that the adjustment dial was not as finely tuned as I was hoping for, but it was still adjustable enough to do low/medium/high heat.
