These knives are terrible. They bend so easily, you can hardly spread cream cheese on a bagel. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

I purchased 2 cases of the individually wrapped Choice medium weight knives. These are some of the worst flimsy knives that are not good for anything other than a piece of bread. I am the owner of a bar and grill and stuck with (2) cases of knives that can’t be used. I am very disappointed and buyer please be cautious in purchasing this product. This was a total waste of money.

We use these for salads. They work okay.l They bend and may break for our use. I recommend getting the heavy duty. There are heavy duty ones that work well.

These knives are like extra light duty, not medium. We got these for putting cream cheese on a bagel and can't do that at all. It just bends completely funny enough without snapping. You can bend the knife in half and it doesn't even damage it. It's as if these knives are made of rubber

We used this knife for a while because of its low price but had to switch due to its weak construction. It bends and warps very easily, especially in hot foods. I would recommend spending a little more on a heavy weight if you have the budget.

Very easy to unpack and customers love how durable they are and we also like that they are individually packed so it more sanitary. Great product

We've been doing all of our food as carry out, so we've tried many brands of disposable flat wear. These are heavy duty and hold up well.

These things are garbage. They were cheap so I'm not even going to ask for a refund but I'm going to throw out the whole box. They're so flimsy I don't know if you could cut jello with it. And they're short. They look like they were made for children. Invest in a slightly nicer product for your customers.

The individual wrapped plastic is more cost efficient during Covid due to higher Demand for paper products, this way you only use the utensil needed for consumption.

I purchase them few month ago together with the forks. Not solid or resistant at all! I cut cinnamon rolls and the blade bended it and loose black plastic. I would not recommended!

this fork is very handy you can easily carry it anywhere and once you are done eating you can just throw this away. I highly recommend this product.

I would classify this as a light duty knife. Bends and twists easily. Does not stand up to heat either. Disappointed in this purchase. Will purchase heavier duty next time.

These knives are a great value. However, they are definitely only medium weight and they are several packing defects (multiple knives in one wrapper, knives sealed in wrapper edge, etc) in each box.

These knives work ok for spreading but wouldn't recommend for cutting purposes. I would use a heavy weight one for anything requiring to be cut. They are inexpensive and work for what we use them for.
