Great for thick condiments such as ketchup and bbq sauce, or thicker condiments with small particulates like tartar sauce. Although this can be used with relish, it's best for relish that's not runny/watery. Condiments/sauces that are watery or thin are not recommended for this pump. You can even make your own house recipe condiments and sauces and dispense them from this container and pump!

Soooooo easy to dispense tartar sauce and cocktail sauce at our fish frys. A lot less expensive of a process than using packets.
