While it boasts a lightweight construction, the only aspect I find slightly concerning is the two pieces being joined together. I do wonder about their durability and how well they will withstand everyday use without separating.

This 2 oz two-piece ladle is nice. It feels sturdy while holding it and I like the 2oz portion size. I am not sure about long term durability but it is heavier than the one piece ladles.

Large and sturdy yet lightweight. This scoop is perfect for large pots of soups and chilies. Long enough that the heat transfer doesn’t burn your hand. This one is my goto spoon.

Great for stirring our big pots of soup. They're the perfect portion for our soup bowls. The thick neck won't bend and the curved top will hold your ladle in place when you need to set it down on the rim of your pot or container.

I bought the 10 oz ladle to measure out single portions of ramen broth. My only complaint is that edges end of the handle are a bit sharp, it's a bit of an unnecessary hazard, but for the price, it does what it needs to.
