Can never have enough tongs. I usually remove the sliding clamp so the tongs are open all the time.

Good quality small short tongs. We use these in the salad station. This way the salad that gets dished out isn't compressed and more fluffy.

These tongs be tonging. Simple and get the job done. If you're working over high heat I would recommend a longer handle version, but for small jobs these are great.

My bad for not looking more closely at the size. But this size is not much bigger than an average hand, so it is not good for frying or sautéing anything that is going to splatter much.
