They only complaint we have is the description says "jumbo" yet they're just a basic skinny drinking straw. They're not for smoothies or thick drinks as they're not a large diameter. We had to look elsewhere for larger diameter straws for thicker drinks, but these will always be our basic drink straws.

It is pretty much false advertising as there is nothing "Jumbo" about them. I bought them to replace the paper straws my rep had us buy but the diameter of these is actually smaller than the ones we had. And those were simply advertised as standard. I knew they weren't going to be too big as they mention bigger ones for the frozen drinks but they are tiny. I'm glad I started with a couple of boxes to try and didn't get myself stuck with the 12000 count case.
