This is a great product, truly. However, the curved blade makes it harder to handle, so it just takes some time to get used to it.

Very happy with the knife. The blade bends a little bit but not as much as a filet knife. Sharp and ready to go out of the box and handle make it easy to hold even when hands are wet.

Very nice knife it is very light and flexible, really sharp when brand new and re sharpening is easy...nice handle a litle bit sleepery when wet but it is ok. I use it often to debone fish like tuna and wahoo.

Good knife. I got it today and the first thing I did was sharpen it. It does come fairly sharp but I like my knives sharper. I did this this by starting with a course stone, then a medium and finally a fine stone. It came out shaving sharp. It was easy and fast which tells me that the steel is on the soft side.
