I needed to replace the roll top to my supreme choice chafer due to denting. The top arrived in a box fitted exactly for it surrounded by a plastic bag. The cover was not dented but could have become due to lack of padding to protect it, the box is ripped open where the handle was so it possible during shipping something may have been placed on it and could have caused damage. Only complaint it does not come with any instructions as how to add onto the chafer. Overall perfect.
These chafers are elegant and durable. However, the hardware on one of our chafer tops wore down and we needed replacement parts. Unfortunately, the only option we had was to purchase a whole new top for the hardware that would have cost a few dollars.
