warehouse thinks its great to stuff these in a box of forks with no information, so you waste time looking for them then ordering more as you dont find them til weeks later when using a box of forks. Customer service seems fine with this practice, then wants to belittle and try to make the consumer look like the fool. Average product comes with crap service
