I would not use at a steak house, but we serve burgers and this knife holds them together, better than a toothpick.
Faulty. Falls apart in about a weeks' time when in a restaurant setting. Knife handle screws found by multiple tables in their food. Took a bit to realize what was going on and where the screws were coming from. I knew they were cheap but suited our diner needs so I thought but never at the expense of safety.

I would not recommend for use in more than the capacity of camping, or some other excursion of that type. Use long term in the kitchen results in feeding of the color, and results in discoloration of the metal.

Perfectly fine for the price, but the wood on the handle feels a little rough and the handle itself is a little small, even for someone like me with smaller hands. I wouldn't buy these again and instead, spring for something with a little more weight and finesse to it.

I've been using these for less than a month and most of them are losing the metal pins holding them onto the knife. My only complaint is that these little metal pins can end up in food. NOT GOOD. DO NOT RECOMMEND
