Beyond DISAPPOINTED...I spent an insane amount to ship what I thought would be strong, sturdy coffee cups for an event I was having for my parents of all elderly friends. I wanted to be certain the cups would be easy for all to handle & safe. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. The cups are extremely FLIMSEY, bent easily & had elderly spilling hot coffee all over. I would have done better just ordering from elsewhere with free shipping and better quality. Had to double the cups and so I ran out. I was embarrassed and felt badly for all the spills being dealt with, especially hot drink. I thought for sure, the Webstaurant was a safe bet and made the decision to spend $ to ship what turned out to be a huge mistake. BEWARE...they are not the special, sturdy cups one would expect from Webstaurant. Not even average

They are nice, sturdy and large. It gives those coffee lovers enough beverage to satisfy their java needs for sure. Don't forget to also purchase the handy lids folks.
