These 12 oz warm cups are awesome. I have read all the other reviews however we have not had any issues, none of the hard to pull apart for us. These cups are the best we had used.

I love these cups. They are great and don't get too hot. The only issue I have is that they are a little hard to separate. We run a very busy concession stand and during a 2 hour football game we sell a lot of coffee & cocoa so it can be a little frustrating trying to get them separated but I still liked them so much that I ordered 3 more cases.
These are a solid built coffee cup! They are the main hot cups in our Coffee Shop and our customers love them! The ribbed design feels nice on the hands and doesn't get to hot while the design looks really nice!
This cup is good, however, they are hard to pull apart and when used for cold liquids the cup starts to peel away. I tried. I thought they would help for those who use them with hot coffee. I've gotten a lot of complaints from employees.

We recommend using plastic or paper cold cups for cold beverages. These are not recommended for cold use because condensation builds up on the outside and there is no coating to protect the outside of the cup. These cups are great because you don’t need hot sleeves which saves you time when there is rush during business hours. The design is cute and unique

These cups are very sturdy and look very elegant. I like them because they are very resistant. I can also add that when i see these cups i crave coffee.
Ordered these for our coffee area at our high school. The kids enjoy the cups and lids. They are not hot to the touch which is nice.
It's a product you love and hate at the same time. The ripple saves you having to not use the sleeves for hot drinks but then again the ripple also cause it to get stuck together. It takes make times, sometime many times to pull it apart to use it. I 'm going back to basic white hot cup with the sleeves.

These cups are great, even with boiling liquid inside you could hold these all day without your hands getting scolded. The one unfortunate drawback is that they are often really difficult to pull apart from the packet, some customers even need assistance to do this.

This cup holds up great when using it for a variety of hot beverages. It keeps drinks hot and doesn't burn your hand. A great inexpensive option.

We used these cups at an outdoor event, and they were a big hit! the corrugated design meant there were no need for coffee collars that would have been time consuming and fell off, and the design made them perfect for coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
A really nice style coffee cup that has a great graphic of the coffee cup on the cup. The material is very thick and does not require a sleeve. The 12 ounce bean print cup is perfect for our small cocoa.
We love these cups. The workers in our café as so glad to not have to mess around with cup sleeves and our customers have commented on how much they like these cups. These cups are great! They keep the coffee nice and hot and the cups are not too hot to hold. The ridges on the cup make it easy to hold.
We use 12 ounce cups for our small coffee and other drinks we offer. These are nice because they are cool to the touch but keep the drink inside hot.
