Made for use in conjunction with the ChocoVision Revolation / Delta tempering machines (sold separately), this panner helps save you time and optimizing efficiency in the kitchen!

It is a good product when it runs. I bought it 4 months ago and now, after minimal use, it just stops in the middle of a batch. Webstaurant sent me to ChocoVision. ChocoVision requires me to return the product for them to fix it. I can't get a loaner and they have an "all sales are final" policy so I would be out of commission completely if I send it back. Find something else.
