This helps to achieve fully-covered, chocolatey fruits, nuts, toffee chunks, or other food items in a flash, which helps to increase product output in your establishment! Plus, the adjustable airflo speed and angled tube ensure even drying of your tempered chocolate to produce consistent results in every batch!

This product is made with high-quality stainless steel and is built with durability and longevity in mind.
