Unfortunately, these warp when used in the oven (even 160F is enough to warp them. The good news is that they go back to normal after cooling. Use these as shelf liners or to place cooling racks on. Get something else for baking.

We are sorry that you did not prefer these pans, Jerry. We recommend that you try a close bead/wire in rim bun sheet pan to help prevent your pans from warping.
